Coletivo Feminista is a non-profit organization in Brazil.
Challenge
The original website and logo of Coletivo Feminista Sexualidade e Saúde conveyed a serious, institutional look that didn’t reflect the collective’s dynamic activist spirit. The minimalistic logo—featuring a female symbol merged with a circle in black and purple—lacked emotional connection and visual energy. The branding felt static and didn’t resonate with younger or more artistically engaged audiences.
Solution
I reimagined the brand as a bold visual manifesto. The new logo preserves the female symbol but places it inside a single circle alongside the group’s name, creating a more cohesive, emblematic mark. I used playful bubble lettering and a vibrant palette drawn from feminist movements to evoke both care and defiance. Inspired by Dadaism and the raw energy of collage art, I created a layered, fragmented visual language that echoes the collective strength of women’s voices—transforming the website from a simple resource into a bold declaration of solidarity and resistance.
